Summary: A second reading for the resolution  "RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE CREATION OF A PROJECT TRANSPARENCY SYSTEM IN THE USG" that has previously been laid on the table. A manual was proposed to create detailed guidelines on the additional mandatory reporting of the Office of the Secretary and the Department of Activity Approval and Monitoring in disseminating the  Project database to the student body for transparency purposes.

Summary:A complaint was sent by a student who almost did not graduate on time due to the miscommunication between offices and has caused other students to sympathize and share their own troubles in university procedure. This resolution calls for the university to take action with regards to inter-office communication and public dissemination of their respective procedures.
